Yesterday marked 11 years of marriage for Rob & I. The anniversary itself, wasn’t ideal as I was attending a Board Meeting in Brisbane (with Eliza under wing) & Rob was left home with 4 kids, a Year One child to supervise during his On Air lesson, a yard full of cattle and weaners to cart…
Rather than dwell on the unavoidable, we decided to celebrate today….and in true Super Dad form, I arrived home this morning to a freshly baked cake and clean, happy kids. (My offering was the meagre Week-end Australian newspaper and 6 Cream Buns.)
Life is chaotic and hectic but I wouldn’t change a thing – am thankful everyday, that I married my best friend and that we make such a great team!

look at you two, seem to be as fresh faced today as 11 years (and one day) ago! congratulations!

After some furrowed brow I’ve realised that we too have notched up 11 years later on this year (my charming brother told my husband last year on our anniversary that he would have gotten less for murder. Nice hey, they are a rough bunch up here!)

Congratulations to you both. I’ve no doubt the cream buns were gratefully received by all, it won’t be long and you’ll be needing a full dozen.
